St. Lucius is a small church, part of St. Lucius seminary, perched on a hillside overlooking the town of Chur. Although the church serves primarily the needs of its student priests, visitors are welcome.
The existing sanctuary, which dates from the 12th-13th centuries, stands over the site of its 8th-century predecessor, located in an easily-accessible crypt. Romanesque reliefs and other religious carvings are still visible among the church's Carolingian arches and capitals.
