Milk from around 7 farms in the Einsiedeln region is processed by the Milchmanufaktur – or milk manufactory. An expert guide will share some secrets of Einsiedler mountain milk products and on the tour, visitors will have a chance to sample various products made in the milk manufactory. The cheese delicacies have names such as Chatzenstrick, Bsetzistein and Wysse Einsiedler.
