This yoga retreat weekend in summer is just for women. They spend two nights in a hotel, treating their body and soul to all they need to relax. The wellness programme includes one yoga class each day as well as a full body massage. On the Sunday, the participants come together for a hike in the Arosa mountains. At the hotel, they eat like a queen and can use the Valsana Spa throughout the entire stay.
