Wild water worlds - Göscheneralp valley

Description

Away from the motorway and up into the wild - the unspoilt mountain landscapes of the Urner side valleys on the Gotthard Massif have retained their original charm.
With 89 information points, this idyllic water trail leads you from the Göscheneralp valley reservoir to the village below. The trail tells the history of the wild Urner side valleys, ruled by water since time immemorial. Take time to enjoy the beautiful views. The trail is 60 kilometres long and intentionally follows old, mostly rural routes. It mainly runs along hiking trails and is also suitable for less experienced walkers and for children.
